How we work

Every project starts with an initial visit. We gather the brief and assess your requirements so we can provide you with a fixed quote. Our initial design process is iterative and works through the various options to achieve a focussed response to your brief where you are in control of the outcome.

We then work in sequence through the various statutory approvals. Planning permission, building regulation approval and any other consents such as landlord approvals and party wall matters are all dealt with professionally and, if negotiation is required, robustly.

We’ve now completed hundreds of homes and can quickly get to grips with, and resolve, the challenges of your project. We consider daylighting, functionality and aesthetics as the most import elements of any design.

Our aim is an end result that reflects your personality and needs rather than being a variation of our practice’s design style.
