Location focus on Harestock and Barton Farm

The 1960s and 70s homes of Harestock range from terraced homes, link detached and the properties with large gardens along Harestock Road. These are all ideal for adaptation to meet your exact needs.

The wider plots, when compared to period properties of a similar size, make for well lit rooms and plans that lend themselves to rear extensions without creating dark middle rooms. The location has good local amenities with country walks practically on your doorstep.

We’ve completed a number of refurbishments of detached and link-houses. On Rewlands Drive we extended the garage of a four bedroom home to provide a large kitchen under a new vaulted pitched roof. Externally, our design worked with the symmetry of the existing house to deliver a dramatic makeover to the plain exterior to proviode a more traditional appearance with porched entrance.

Within a wooded plot on Harestock Rood we doubled the footprint of the existing property to create a stunning kitchen as the new focal point of the house. Our approach combined a cost effective design for the extension coupled with a carefully considered interior design. The project included a large main bedroom suite, separate annexe, outbuilding and garden design.

On Buriton Road we’ve been involved in two projects to extend to the side to create larger kitchens. Vaulting the ceilings provides a sense of space to contrast the existing standard room heights.

Within the Barton Farm development we’ve been involved in projects to expand the living spaces and kitchens. This has included converting linking to the large garages and converting into additional living space and guest accommodation.
