Case Studies

Here is a small selection of completed projects which demonstrates how our approach results in stunning results and satisfied clients.

Kensington Court, London

The work undertaken to this large mansion block flat is typical of our approach to dealing with leasehold properties and their approvals.

The plan reflected an outdated era with individual reception rooms, small bathroom and the kitchen located in a far corner separate from the living space. We had to overcome a reluctant freeholder to gain approval for structural alterations that were required to add value to this property.

Fairholt Street, London

The work undertaken to this small property is typical of our approach to making the most of limited space while providing a high degree of detailed design and supervision.

The existing building was built as a workers cottage but transformed into a desirable family home with generous living spaces over five storeys. The impressive scale of the resulting home distinguishes it from its neighbours in this highly desirable enclave in Knightsbridge.

Greenhill Road, Winchester

The work undertaken to this post-war semi is typical of our approach to transforming modest homes on a constrained plot.

The property was in need of immediate total refurbishment while a second phase was planned to extend the living space and create a fourth bedroom. The resulting property provided balanced accommodation and a well lit family room to the north-facing garden.

Roman Road, Twyford

The work undertaken to this period property is typical of our approach to existing buildings. We provided a contemporary interior and large living space while remaining sympathetic to the original building.

The house had previously been extended with a low ceiling extension that cut the living space off from the garden and diminished the appearance of the house of the rear. The new extension provides an attractive backdrop to the garden and reinvigorated the whole house.

High Street, Marlborough

The work undertaken to this early twentieth century home is typical of our approach to dealing with heritage assets in conservation areas.

This home was in an excellent location but very small and in need of extending to rebalance the living space and make it suitable for modern living. The conservation area policies and quirks of permitted development rights proved to be an obstacle to anything except a very small extension. A persistent and professional approach resulted in a large family room being approved.

Harestock Road, Winchester

The work undertaken to this 1970s suburban home is typical of our approach to creating a stunning home from unassuming beginnings.

The property was in need of refurbishment and redevelopment to a scale more suited to its large plot. Our extension created the additional space needed and transformed the exterior to create a contemporary makeover suited to its wooded plot.
